On 16 September 2025, the Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Bandarban paid an official visit to Ananya Kallyan Sangathon (AKS). During the visit, she engaged in a fruitful discussion with members of the Bandarban Sadar Women Activists’ Forum, where experiences and ideas on women’s empowerment and community development were shared.
The meeting was attended by the Executive Board Members of AKS, who warmly welcomed the UNO and briefed her about the organization’s ongoing initiatives. The UNO appreciated AKS’s contributions to promoting women’s leadership and social development in Bandarban and encouraged further collaboration with local forums and stakeholders.
